I found this list of things that they do not offer in the states:
 
Coffee Crisp
Shreddies
Areobars
Tim Hortons coffee (except NY) - I knew this one though.
Big Turk
E. D. Smith jams  
Ketchup Chips
Pink Cream Soda
 
Also, they have Seafood flavour chips in Asia (Gross!)
 
I read something about the US having a hint of lime chips? That does not sound good, Haha.

*Gasp* No Coffee Crisp in the US!...you poor Americans...Coffee Crisp is so much better than KitKat...and no Aerobars? Really? I love the bubbles...

Actually there are a lot of Tim Hortons popping up all over Michigan. I see them when I go over shopping. Tim Hortons is originally Canadian tho.

There's Tim Hortons in Maine and I think other states along the border.  
I'm pretty sure I've seen coffee crisps for sale at my school, but I may be imagining that. I remember the first time I tried one, I thought it was going to taste like coffee and at the time I hated coffee.

We definitely have Timmie's in Michigan. I have one right down the street from my house. It's my favorite coffee. I LOVE Tim Horton's!!!
 
Something we have in the States that you don't have in Canada is Heath Bars. I remember my mom used to send them to my Aunt who lived in Ottawa. They were her favorite candy and she couldn't get it there.

I am actually glad that Tim's is in the states now!  
Since Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts have invaded Canada! Haha.  
 
Tim Hortons is nice though because it is sooo much cheaper than starbucks.

I surprisingly find that version really good! Especially the verses, I can see it being rocked out at a night club or something.
