Notes:
The Australian version was pressed on green and black vinyl. No picture sleeves. Some of the Australian versions have A Final Sound, but do not indicate so on the sleeve.

The Picture sleeve on the German version was different in that it had a small pciture of the actual UK version along with "Super Sound Single" written along the top.
