The cover of this disk has a recent pic of the group plus a pic of Bob
in "blacklight makeup". Tracks 13-22 are the same as on
Imaginary Songs
Track 1 is sometimes called "soundcheck", track 2 is dedicated to Ian Curtis
(with different lyrics). Track 4 is the "yellow" version of Primary.
The sound quality is good to fair. Since there are several different
shows on this disk, that's to be expected I guess. This disk is good more
for content than sound quality. There are some good versions of different
songs here (A Forest, M, etc.).

This is just an outstanding record. If you love
the Cure's early music, then you simply must
own this CD. It is superb! Only one minor
criticism: Killing an Arab fades out a little
early. But that's nothing; you will enjoy this disc.

My friend gave me a copy of this. It
is actually a very good quality bootleg
considering how old it is. The title
track is unfortunately an instrumental
sound check, and there are only two songs
from the Faith album, while the rest
are from the first two albums. If you
REALLY like the older stuff from this
era, buy it as it is good quality.
Personally, I say go find the later
stuff that focuses more on the later albums
(Faith - ....... )
The only one Bootleg! The first 7 songs are played in a very
punk manner and very sad. Killing an Arab and Boys Don't Cry (the
only interesting version of this song) are marvelous!
This bootleg is an absolute "must-have" when you like the early
period of The Cure. It covers most of Boys don't cry and
Seventeen seconds. The failrly poor sound quality
is compensated by the fab artistic quality.
(by the way: it's "Apeldoorn" and "Melkweg")
