Comments

comments : This is what I call an essential bootleg to any Cure fan. Not only it contains the whole performance given at the Bizarre Festival(and how appropriate a name for the festival : one could only notice the "bizarre" version of some of the Cure songs), but there is 10 bonustracks at the end of the second CD. Those tracks are part live soundboard recording, part studio takes. There is no informations whatsoevergiven about those tracks, too bad. It would be interesting to know where they coming from. The inner booklet has only 2 pages ; one withthumbnails of the show, and the second page is a collection of assorted pics (I kindda like those with the band with plenty of plush bunny, andthe one with 'em with big stuffed hearts).

The 2 CD set worths buying for several good reasons : 1) Outstanding versions of some classics ; 2) Exceptional good sound ; 3) the bonustracks ; 4) the additional lyrics in PICTURES OF YOU ; 5) WRONG NUMBER live ! 6) Unusual songs, like SINKING... The '98 Kln concerteasily woths his 65 $ CAN I've paid for.

I seem to have a copy of this bootleg but it is very different from the format given in its bonus tracks. Everything is the same up to Killing an Arab. The bonus tracks are The 13th, Mint Car, Halo, Scared as You, Friday I'm in Love (Strangelove mix), and High (higher mix). I bought it in Spain for 4800 pesetas (30 USD) and the problem is that the company who did it can't spell "Bizarre" at all. The sleeve just shows two pictures of Robert and the back the thumbnails.
Just thought I'd mention that this apparently comes in 2 formats.

i have had this bootleg for a pretty long time now, and when listeing to it yesterday i noticed, that robert sings the lyrics of watching me fall at the beginning of disintegration. i never noticed that, because when i bought this bootleg i didn't know about the lyrics on bloodflowers.
