Well, kiddies, that's it. Good boot. I got it for $26 which, in my opinion is a bargain, considering the fact that if I went out and attempted to find all of this stuff, or buy half of it on assorted boots, I'd be more than $26 in the hole with respect to cash and "years of wasting time" which I do anyway.

That's pretty much what's on the back of the case with my own little comments in [].

All in all, it's around 77 minutes, and I'm surprised at the high quality of some of the stuff. With the exception of the live version of "I Dig You", most of it's really good. The place I bought it at had an 8 out of 10 rating which accounts for some of the stuff being taken from tapes, and records, and with the case of Purple Haze and Hello I Love You, cds.

There are some absolute musts on here that any cure fan needs to hear at least once in his/her life. All i had to do is kill her is one of those songs. It's haunting and brilliant! the other song is Arial. It's very pretty, but unfortunately, some of the lyrics are indecipherable. Desperate Journalist is a very humorous song to the tune of Grinding Halt (in fact, I've seen it listed on other bootlegs as "Grinding Halt 2"). It was performed at a BBC radio session in October 1979. It was based on a bad review in NME by Paul Morley and it pokes fun at all of the 50 cent words he uses. As I'm sure you've probably noticed, many bootlegs overlap by throwing together very different period songs, studio demos, live tracks, etc. This is no exception and if you're like me, you will buy a bootleg if it has even one song you've never heard of. Alternative Medicine is a good bet because it has two rare unreleased tracks that are worth the money.

Excellent bootleg, most of what I like is the way robert (?) plays the theme from james bond through pornography.
