It is a picture of Alyssa Milano  It's from the first season of Charmed about 12 years ago or something like that. That seems so long ago. It is my absolute favorite show, Shannen Doherty was also in it, and Holly Marie Combs. Shannen then left afterwards because she had some sort of unknown fued with Alyssa and Rose McGowan came on.  Haha, breif history.. everyone should pick up season 1 of it!
