Fun fact: All Eyes On Me was not played on the DUTG tour. It did not appear until the GF tour. John had said that the touring DUTG band just could not arrange it in a way they were happy with. (The GF tour version of this song is also a million times better than the LLI tour version of this song)

I don't know specifically, but I'd imagine some of them are just hard to play.
Domino probably would have been a mess live, So Far Away is kind of weird.
Up, Up, Up probably just got squeezed out of the setlist because by GF, Robby's share of the set list shrunk.
It's Over is the basis of the Still Your Song 'pretend this song doesn't exist' treatment. (I always thought It's Over was way more personal than Sympathy, which John claimed was his most personal song.)
Obviously, we can't actually judge all the SFTROU songs until the end of the SFTROU era, but we have seen Soldier being rehearsed, so I expect it'll be played. Nothing is Real is in the 'singles block' so I expect that will be played too.
Say You're Free may never happen just because Now I Hear has had such good reception live and Robby's down to only 4 songs live. God, I wish Smash and Tucked Away would die...
Hey Ya may fall into the 'too difficult' category.
And ssssshhh, Still Your Song doesn't exist.
Plus One Night only made it, like, 7 nights before it was killed. I feel like that's not coming back.

I seem to recall them making the "too personal" statement in regards to Extra Pale too, for what that's worth.
Is he still playing Smash live? Aaaagh. Tucked Away I can deal with because it's got so much energy to it, but Smash drags along after hearing it so many times. I'd rather hear Say You're Free for sure.
