Well I'm busy remodeling an old, outdated apartment right now. We're not talking paint and new furniture here ... I'm talking new drywall, refinishing floors, electrical and plumbing work ... you name it. So yeah ... everybody come on up ... I'll gladly put y'all to work 
But don't bring Jay. Remember, he almost blew up my house once. I don't want to give him a second chance to try it!
