But, onto my review.
Bain rocked the house. My friends were like "Who is this guy? He's really good." I said, "NOW do you see why I wanted to get here on time?" (We were 15 minutes late.) We had already decided to sit in the balcony in the front row but that was full of course so we had to sit farther back.
Anyway, Bain is singing Thorn (you know, my current obsession.) So when he asks people to sing along, I am the only one in the balcony singing. And I can't sing worth beans so I wasn't singing very loud, obviously. When I got my CD signed I told him I sang from the balcony but no one else did. He's like "You should have been down in the front with us!" and then he wrote "Say no to balconies" on my CD. Really cool dude.
So after the show my friends were all like "Bain rocks. I think I like him better than Edwin."

so can I just say these last-minute scheduled shows are killing me. I can't go! I'm so used to having months' notice of concerts  at least he's from here though so I know he'll be back!

Bain's started posting his shows for the New Year on his site - so I gotta bump this post!!!
Iris,
Bain's doing a show with Glorydive (formerly Taylor Roberts Music from Raleigh NC), hopefully they'll be playing a show together in Atlanta too. Glorydive is another of my favorite bands.

Good News...
After a short hibernation this winter, I created a new solo/ acoustic album called "Bird In the Hand."
It is due for release on Feb. 1st 2007
I will be going on a SE acoustic tour as listed below.
