This disk's cover is of the "Inbetween Daze" blacklight makeup pics. The disk itself has the same likeness silkscreened on it. The cover opens up and has a color pic of Bob inside. This seems to be a sound board recording. The sound quality of the first 9 tracks is poor but not as bad as others. The Sound wavers a bit, but its not terrible. The vocals seem a bit subdued, probably a sign of the age of the master tape. The later tracks sound better, the vocals are clearer but there is a lot more audience noise. The bands performance on this disk makes up for the shortcomings of the sound quality.

Very good audibility, but retains tape hiss. Tracks 6,7,8,9,19 are excellent perfomances. The band really came through in these two gigs.

Yes, the sound quality is fairly lacking. It's mainly tape hiss. Yes, it does become distorted at higher volumes. Look at the tracks, though. Where can you find some of these otherwise? These are 2 very early performances, especially the '79 show that has a few songs from 17 Seconds including A forest and Play for Today. This must be one of the earliest versions of both of these great songs. Pick it up if you hear it first and are content with the sound quality. These are a must if you want rare tracks from the first two albums. One final note...the last song is A Forest not At Night
