These were pretty much all made from press pictures from EMI Australia, except 5D06 which was made from a scan by from someone on the MB (PM me if it was you) and 5D07 and 5D09 were made using the skyline provided by b-grrrlie (original here) and images of the Beastie Boys from Art Of Toys.
I used Photoshop 7.
