The unoffical books were good enough to keep most fans going until the release of this official title. Now we get to see some brand new pictures, some even taken by the Girls themselves, and they've even written most of it . The design is mad and action packed, to reflect the Spice image I guess, and it focuses on the Girls on a personal level and also talks about each of the songs on the album, so you get to read what they words mean to them and why they wrote it. Each Girls writes about the first time they got into trouble, stayed out all night, had a near death experience, killed an animal, fell in love, and so on. There's definitely new Spice info in this book, so you don't get to read the same old stuff again. Loads and loads of big colour photos make this a must have for all Spice fans. It's a little more expensive than the unofficial books, but that's because it's the genuine article. A bit like buying Levi's! |
