What youl need:
Whammy
Wah

I'm not exactly sure about the little interlude to the solo but 
if you have a new whammy put it to number 27 on the factory preset 
and put your wah to the bass position (back).  Pull your cord out of 
your guitar and rock the whammy back and forth.
