Not released in the US. The laserdisc does not mention a country of origin, but it is in NTSC format. The laserdisc is gold with a custom black label listing the titles of each track. I'm not sure if there was an uncensored copy pressed; the copy I own is censored. Interestingly enough, the picture on the back is shown correctly (all other pressings presented it in reverse). A great piece not only for the drastically improved picture quality over the video, but because its large 12 inch format makes it a lot easier to appreciate the live shot on the back.
