9/17/02 - Yes, this a new post. You're eyes aren't fooling you. I had an AWESOME, fun summer which took up almost all of my free time, which I wasn't able to spend updating this site, unfortunately. My apologies go out to all of you Goo fans that missed out on something because I wasn't here to do updates, although the message board always stays busy with news (and rumors). But, I'm back now, and I'll be updating the site frequently again.
I'll get to the AIM/ICQ/Yahoo Chat Directory updates soon; there are tons of them. The Goos are going to be on Wayne Brady, and today I got an email from the guy who handles the tickets for that event. Here's an excerpt:
We handle the tickets to the Wayne Brady Show in the Los Angeles area. The date of the appearance will be September 19th 9:30am arrival. We will have VIP tickets for all Goo Goo Dolls fans. Have them call our office at 818-295-2700 or have them visit our web site at www.ocatv.com and print out vip tickets for Wayne Brady September 19th.
So, there you have it. Go to that site if you want VIP tickets to that show!
Since I've missed out on so much over the past couple months, if someone can offer me a videotape of the Goos' recent TV Appearances (such as Big Machine on Jay Leno), I'd be willing to pay you $10 for the tape, shipping, and the trouble you go through (via PayPal). 9/19/02 - Thanks to Margaret for sending this in: the Goo Goo Dolls are performing on the premiere of Buffy, the Vampire Slayer at 8pm (EST?) on September 24, 2002; they're probably playing Big Machine! Check out your local listings and set your VCR's!!
9/20/02 - As I've mentioned before, the Goo Goo Dolls will be on the Wayne Brady Show on Monday, September 23rd. Make sure you check your local listings and mark it on your calendar!
Some more great news: Big Machine has been #10 on the VH1 Top 20 Countdown of the week! Hopefully it will make a climb to the top!
9/22/02 - This Tuesday, September 24th, the Goo Goo Dolls will be on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Check your local listings, and don't forget about Monday on the Wayne Brady Show!
9/27/02 - Today, the Goo Goo Dolls will be on MTV Music In High Places, which was filmed in Alaska. It should be a pretty interesting show. Check your local listings for the time, and don't miss it!
Also some interesting news, the Goos' song "Sympathy" will be featured on the October 3rd episode of NBC's "E.R." Kind of a nice way to make its own little debut. Tune in and listen (and watch if you like the actual show) on October 3rd.
