I went to the GGD's concert at the Star Pavillion at Hershey on May 16, 1999.

Well, here is some feedback before I get talking about the actual concert. I live in NJ so it was like a three hour ride to get there, but it was worth it. I went w/ my 2 friends. Well, we left about 1p.m. (the show started at 8p.m.) and got there about 4/4:30. There were already a few people on line. We got on line and waited. Finally, they began to let us in at maybe 5:30/6. We got in the front row,(which was amazing b/c there were a bunch of people in line before us.) But, I'm not complaining. We had to sit down inside for a while until it started. At about 7:30 everyone stood up.

They started on time. The band Fastball opened. They were good. They played that "on the road again" song b/c they are from Texas. It was really funny. They went off about 20 to 9. And they set up for the GOO GOO DOLLS!!!!!! It took like 40 minutes to set up. Then they came out. Johnny looked soooooooooooo great. He was wearing a white tank top, gray adidas(?) pants w/ 3 yellow stripes down the side and Airwalk sneakers. I didn't pay much attention to what Mike, Robby, or Nathan or David was wearing. (Sorry, about that) Johnny was also wearing a cowboy hat. (He looked cute in it) I don't completly remember what songs they played. But here are a few I remember...

Dizzy (they opened w/ it)
Hate This Place
Black Balloon
Bullet Proof
Broadway
Slide
Iris
All Eyes On Me
January Friend
Name
Long Way Down
Naked

Ok- I can't remember what else. I know they didn't play Acoustic #3, which I was sort of mad about.

I had soooo much fun. It was the second one of their concerts I have been to. I went to the one at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City on November 13(second row that time). They got off at about 11(I think). They got new shirts, which are really cool. I got a t-shirt, tank top, 2 stickers. It was so great and I can't even describe it.

(Sorry this is not that exciting of a review but I can definitly tell you there is nothing like experiencing a GGD's concert. It was soooooo much fun and can't even write how amazing it really was)

I hope I get the opportunity to go to another one of their concerts really soon.
