The Goos played the Warner Theatre May 9th, and let me tell you...this is only Erie's second or so sold out show...Yeah okay rip on my town if you must...*mistake on the lake*....but anyway back to the main topic, the guys rocked out...As if I expected anything less!!...The weekend started out pretty good before Sunday nights show..I finally got to meet Carrie and Steph, and let me just say they were the best. We got ready for the show and then went down there on Sunday a little early and we met up with Joe and his girlfriend Kim, and they are such sweet people..I wasn't really feeling too hot for the show we kinda hung out on a couch during Fastball and I did catch a little of Frogpond at the begining..I thought they were pretty good...

They of course told us no cameras but I knew no one would be checking so I brought mine anyway...No such luck of actually using it though because the secuirty guard stood like right near us the whole night...He had a real freaking bug up his ass.....We wouldnt want to take up more than one foot in the aisle or anything....ANYWAY....They of course turned all the lights off...and you have everyones anticipation..and before hand you could see Robby's crutches on the side of the stage with a little swivel chair..The begining seemed to have took a little longer than normal I assume it was so Robby could get out there and prepare for his zooming at high rates of speed across the stage...Let me tell you the $25 for the tickets was worth that alone..that is PRICELESS.. what an entertainer..Especially as he sang "Life seems pretty easy when its from my easy chair" and here he was in his easy chair which I saw after the show and just wanted to go and sit down in SO bad.....and Yes for all the hot and bothered chics out there John was wearing the cowboy hat and let me just say...it looks good....Nough Said.

Right at the begining of Dizzy Carrie, and Steph and Joe and Kim and my friend Leah and I all sort of made our way out into the aisle..they kinda shoved us back a few times, I understand that was their job, but we were not blocking anyone's view...I can't remember everything they played or in what order for sure, but this is how I think most of it went.... Dizzy, Long Way Down, Lazy Eye, Slide, January Friend, Black Balloon, Burnin Up, Name, Stop the World, Full Forever, Second Time Around, Iris, 2 Days in February ...No Fallin' Down..which was kinda dissapointing...Im sorry Im drawing blanks on the set list at the moment, but that gives you an idea...

The crowd really seemed to dig the show....They were loud and great, everyone seemed happy...I can now say that just about nothing can stop these guys...

I did get to hold up my signs, which I think I was the only person in the whole building with signs...People looked at me a little wacko and then just laughed....The first sign had said "John you may not be a plumber but you are the SHIT!!"...and the lovely "Got Robby" sign...I think John may have seen it at the begining but after that it was all down hill..and Robby caught a glimpse and squinted...They performed a BAD ASS show, and all everyone there really enjoyed it...No one was lip syncing as good as our little gang, but the people there really had a good time...Everyone was screaming and jumping around....It was all in all a great weekend....Hopefully there will be a ton more over the summer...Sorry if the review bored anyone...Thanks for reading!
