From tcaissie@shaw.wave.ca Mon Jul 13 21:43:14 1998 This may be a complete shot in the dark - but I know some people on tihs list have some pretty good connections, so I'll ask anyways. The big question: The Goo Goo Dolls have toured Canada in the past, but not much more than the standard Toronto/Mtl/Vancouver thing, which leaves tens of thousands off loyal Goo Goo Dolls fans hanging. So I guess what I'm asking is if any one knows if the guys'll be launching a more comprehensive Canadian tour (at least including Edmonton or Alberta? Hell, I will travel wherever I have to, but I'd rather have a local show (I'm in Saskatoon, SK), and I guarantee they could put a NICE crowd in Sask Place. . . . Also - the tour has been planned somewhat for the states at least - any word on an opening band? Thanks.
