From marksgirl_@yahoo.com Mon Jun 15 02:26:34 1998 Hi, I'm a new fan of the Goo Goo Dolls. I just started liking them after I heard "iris". so I just wanted to know from u all time fans of the goo goo dolls, what is the lead singer's name? he's pretty cute and I wanted to look up some info about him. not meaning to see if he's single.. :o) I mean to read stuff about him. thanks!!! :o) Heather From fabfay@aol.com Mon Jun 15 05:25:49 1998 Hi, Heather! The Goos are Johnny Rzeznik (lead singer and guitarist), Robby Takac (bass) and Mike Malinin (drums). Check out the Johnny bio page on my website for more info on him (and yes he is married). Just follow the link called Goo Bios. http://members.aol.com/fabfay/googoodolls.html Do yourself a favor and check out all the Goo websites for cool Johnny photos. You can link to all the major Goo websites from my site, too. Just follow Goo Links! Enjoy! Fay From eaf@fabiano.com Mon Jun 15 13:15:02 1998 No offense to you ladies out there but it really sucks to hear the band reduced to some teeny bop bubblegum fan club, based upon how cute they are. If they looked like Marilyn Manson would you be here? I don't mean to be harsh but I guess it makes me feel too old to be here when things get reduced to tiger beat magazine type rantings. Ed From zipdrive@iname.com Tue Jun 16 15:38:26 1998 Ed, I am a girl, but the reason I like the goo's is for their music. I've hardly ever seen them except for pictures on websites, Iris video once, and a couple of TV performances. Even still, I don't think it's right for anyone to blame some one else's reasons for liking a band. I mean, who am I or you to tell anyone what band to like and why? Karen From ptmcnee@aol.com Wed Jun 17 06:49:33 1998 Ed, I think alot of us are old enough to be past the "teeny bob bubblegum" stage, and if not, who cares. If it helps to sell more records, then that helps out the band. Nothing wrong with admiring the band for their talent AND their appearance, IMO. Theresa From eaf@fabiano.com Wed Jun 17 09:18:09 1998 You are right and I apologize for my rant. I guess at 34 I've lost the ability to connect on that sort of level. God, I've become my parents!!! My apologies to anyone I offended. Ed From ptmcnee@aol.com Wed Jun 17 18:01:51 1998 No problem Ed. Its scary isn't it....I'm 36 (soon to be 37 but don't tell anyone) so don't feel so bad. :)) Stick around and keep posting too. :) Theresa
