"If self-produced, self-financed releases are ideally frugal, then Harrisburg, Pennsylvania's FUEL should be pretty happy with its efforts. The four-man band spent only $30 on its sophomore self-release, Porcelain, which was recorded at soundchecks and after club gigs, and mixed in the band's garage. "Shimmer" originally appeared on that album, and can now be found on the group's forthcoming major-label debut, Sunburn (550)."
