Double album. Dull cover. The concert date is probably correct except the year it must be 1985. Not one of my favourite bootlegs this one(...)

This is a classic Cure boot--I remember seeing this for sale in '88 at all the record conventions. That big stupid blue record with "The Cure" in red, the 17 Seconds font. It was so pitiful, I just had to get it.

In my opinion, it's not as bad as the one-liner review here. OK, the sound quality is pretty poor, but the Head On The Door shows in '85 (before the Standing on A Beach Party Tour) are hard to find. And they're very different--the tracklisting should explain why. The '86 shows were very hits-heavy, but with these shows you get a lot of songs they didn't play as touring went on into the next year ("Secrets", "Give Me It", "Cold").

It's an interesting bit of bootleg history.
