Title: From Pechanga Post by SunShowerSharon on Dec 31st, 2004, 1:25pm Here's a quick recap of last night's show...it was fablous! :nanner: :nanner: At the beginning of the show, Robby said they were going to play the setlist that was intended for the Fourth of July show...so we got to hear Two Days in February, Acoustic #3, We Are the Normal... :thumbsup: John forgot how to start Think About Me and asked Greg to strum the first chords and they laughed about it. During 2 Days, while we were all singing along, John stopped and said, "I'm f*ing speechless!" with a huge smile... Linda had a hat from the Rock 'n Roll Hall of fame and gave it to him...he put it on and asked her if he could keep it...she just about died! There was a new guy playing the keyboards, but was not introduced. Jason was certainly missed, especially during Broadway. Seems like the guys were sporting new duds from the holidays...lol... The opening act was a cute guy with a guitar...Tyler Hilton. The best thing about the show was meeting up with friends and meeting new ones...and laughing...A LOT! Oh yeah, we get to do it all again tonight... We'll be back when we can...we miss our friends who aren't with us...we did our best to make phone calls... |
