I MET JOHNNY LAST NIGHT!!!!!!!

What a night!!!!!!!! I wasn't even supposed to go, but thanks to a wonderful generous Goo fan by the name of Teri ( SIlvergirl), I got to be there! Thanks Again Ter, It would have never happend if it wasn't for you!! You helped to make my biggest dream come true! You should expect to have a WONDERFUL year full of lots of LOVE and HAPPINESS after what you did for us! What comes around GO's around! Anyways, I had a short amount of time to get there by plane and car and it almost didn't work. I almost didn't take the plane because of the rain, but I toughed it out. We flew to Ontario, ran to the car rental place and they told us there that we would never make it to Temecula by 8pm because traffic was so bad!!!! My heart sank. We came all this way and we weren't going to make it! We got on the freeway and it was just like she said. We were sitting there and the show was about to begin in an hour! I told myself, If GALB comes on the radio we won't be late. I turned the radio on and guess what was playing!!!! I called Teri and found out there was an opener and we had plenty of time. Woo Hoo! Long story short we made it! The show was incredible! We danced and sang and had the time of our lives right at Johnny and Robby's feet! Yes we were standing right in front of them the whole night! My hubby was bummed because we have a picture of our son playing the guitar in front of the Goo's on tv. We always bring it and I wanted to hold it up. It says "Rzeznik in training" on the back. I figured ,Oh well, maybe next time. After the show walked around for a few and got something to drink. As we were trying to find our way back to the parking garage, the smoke began to bother me, so , we headed out doors to walk around the building. We saw a couple people standing out by a van and a couple security guards. They were talking about the band coming out, so we hung out for a few minutes. Low and behold, guess who came walking out? Johnny!!!!! He gave me a big HUG, shook my hubby's hand and signed our picture to my son! He was very generous with his time to the few that were there. I gave him a bracelet and he put his hand out for me to put it on him. I about died! He gave me another big HUG I wished him a Happy New Year and he said thank you so much! He shook hubby's hand again, got in his car and waved goodbye. It was a dream come true! I'm still flying high! I haven't been able to sleep!!!!!! Teri and the other goobers, Good Luck tonight! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for ya!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the cool messages! I still am flying high! It's really hard to come down from such an exciting expierence. I wish you all the same! It's still so hard to believe! If only I captured the moment with a camera! Oh WEll, then I'd be staring at the damn thing all day,lol. I finally went to sleep! I didn't think that would ever happen. Kept play by play in my head so I couldn't relax! Thanks again and Happy New Year!!!!!!!
