When Robby Takac hands you a plate of cupcakes & such, if you don't want them, pass 'em on up to us folks in the balcony.

Ridgefield Playhouse show was fun.

interesting bunch. I still can't figure out why someone up front would rather face away from the band and take selfies though. go figure.

I was surprised and impressed by the opening band Run River North joining with the Goo Goo Dolls on their set. nice job! (all of you!)

PS: to John,
Those crazy dancing dudes up front may very well have been the same sweaty shirtless guys you spoke of from your shows at the Continental in Buffalo. They "grew up" and moved to Ridgefield. ;)

I love that in the weeks leading up to this show, people were paying hundreds of dollars per ticket and you guys just wandered up before the show and bought tickets.

Glad you guys went and had a good time even if there are always people in the audience who suck.   :D

Yeah I guess being that we were slackers, ehrm...not fan club members, the only option we had was a last minute what-the-heck play. The venue folks were very nice to accommodate us.

The view from the balcony was great, especially for taking in all the action. Nobody in the audience particularly sucked, it was just that some of them had no clue what to do with a plate of cupcakes and brownies.  ::)

The random dancing men were kinda entertaining.

I'm going to hijack my own thread here. Today I went for a walk by a nearby beach. Following behind me on the way back to my car was a dude playing bagpipes. At first he played the usual fare, then as he approached his car he played "Low Rider".   awesomenessssss....

Glad to see people still post on WOG. It was my first Goos message board back in the day, along with Robin's old board. Speaking of, does anyone know what happened to Robin?
