so when i got in my car at school today i just missed give a little bit on mix 99.9 here in toronto. anyway the dj said "much thanks to johnny rzeznik for calling in. he's in buffalo writing new material for the cd which will be out in june" so yay! only 5 months of waiting! haha

Dat be really nice!!! I think that's the best way to start the summer. i don't like it when artists release albums during the school year cuz it just messes up with my studies. I don't like it when they release it at the end of the summer cuz summer is supposed to be fun and I just suffer waiting for the album. Dizzy came out in September I beliee and man, I had a harder time enjoying my summer break cuz I wanted to hear it so bad. I wanted to get summer overwith..hehe...that's not good.

Seriously though, I'm glad we have more info...it's so hard not knowing what's going on with the guys and getting all anxious and stuff. I'm sure it wasn't just ME getting anxious...right guys? ;)

I wonder when the touring starts. I'm trying to figure out how I can possibly afford to go to America and see them, since the chances of The Goos coming here are pretty much non-existant... :-/

That's what I'd really like to do, to be honest. I mean, why do things by halves? If I'm gonna visit America for a Goo show, I may as well make it a Goo pilgrammage and go to the holy city of Buffalo...*lol*

It'd be really cool to spend a while hanging out in Buffalo, if I could maybe see some Good Charamel bands while I was there then that would be totally awesome...also gonna go hang around Chameleon West at random times for purposes of stalking Robby �;)

Just joking, I wouldn't really stalk him.

HOORAY!!!!! What awesome news!! Thank God it;s in June, I was having visions of everything happening during my final exams and things...phew!! I think this may have seriosu consequences for when I start looking for jobs - I don;'t wanna miss out just cos I'm employed, if they tour here later on!! ;)

This is awesome, sighing a lift of heavy anticipation anxiety....phew.... My Dvd's and cd's are screaming for a vacation. I wonder if there's such a thing as playing a disc too much??? :thinkin: I'M THERE howgoodami ...but we gotta get front row....hope your game. Sazgoo, you can always get a shit job before the shows, one you don't care much about, shit can it before the back to back shows in your area and line up the good job opps for later?!? Rogue...you can come stay wit me. I'm close to all of em... Boston, Hampton, somewhat to Buffalo. Wow! If that's true its WAY sooner than I expected!...I'm going to hope for June. That is just fantastic!...... although remember cough cough "gutterflower(s)" waiting for that baby seemed to drag and drag...hanging tiny tidbits of info and speculation....I remember when robby would say "out in september.............november" and then it turned into April. SO ...maybe it'll come out by September then, October tops. ;) :ponders:

If the album is due out in June(Will wait and see), then expect a single to be rleased i say in mid april.....When gutterflower came out, here is gone was released over the internet if i recall mid february and gutterflower didnt come out till mid april.......So if all goes expected new goo in april and new album in june

I feel like such a bad fan...

I am hoping the cd doesn't come out in late May through July. I am most likely going to be in some crazy non-Buffalo place for those months doing an internship and will miss out on the local excitement.

Please don't flame me too badly :D

The infamous cd release date delaying seems to happen every time, so I think I'm actually going to be safe
