Just thought I'd start this for people to discuss their favorite GGD songs. A few of my favorite would have to be:

On The Lie

Aint That Unusual

Just The Way You Are

I also like the songs that John and Robby sing together such as No Way Out and String of Lies.

Well my favourite is slave girl "i looked around...tried to see through my hair" teehee...its funny 'cos its true ;)

and then i have a bunch of other songs that i like second best....

Hee hee...I'm so glad someone else loves that line too :D

Sorry about the thread necromancing, lol...but while I'm here I'm gonna answer the question so it won't be an entirely wasted post. Besides, it's always fun to discuss Goo, am I right? ;)

Bah, this is hard. But I'm glad you used the plural, because favourite SONG, singular, just would be IMPOSSIBLE.

From Johnny I'll go with Flat Top, Hate This Place, There you are, Big Machine, What a Scene, Two days in Feb, Lazy Eye, James Dean (gotta love Johnny laughing while he's playing :D )

Favourite Robby songs include Up, up, up ("Don't stop looking for that light along the way..." :D ) Laughing, Another second time around (greeeeat bass line...but aren't they all?) Somethin' Bad, Impersonality...aaah there are too many...*cue head exploding*

Big fan of Johnny/Robby duets too. I keep waffling about them...

my #1 favorite Goo song is: Name "...scars are souviners you never lose, the past is never far..." this song has so much meaning to me and really got me hooked on Goo. I love all of their music, so it is hard to pick out just one, but this is the one that got me through so much and got me hooked on them.

This is the hardest question and anytime anyone asks, I think I have a different answer LOL

I have to say that I *think* my favorite Goo song is Slide. I love the intro, I loooooove it when they do it live, and it never fails to make me smile.

That being said, I love so many songs:

Just the way you are
so far away
what do you need
tucked away
slave girl

i don't even know, those are the ones that came to my head just now lol

ask me in a 1/2 hour i'm sure it'll change! LOL

hmm. . .this is always a tough question. Black Balloon is my all time favorite Goo song. my grandpa passed away last week and the lines:

What's the things they never showed you
That swallowed the light from the sun
Inside you room

just take on completely new meaning to me. the day he passed i watched LIB 3 times in a row. . .Goo can always help alleviate the pain for a bit. . .

anyway. . .I LOVE Lazy Eye and Extra Pale just cuz of Robby's cool little bass part that was much to short. . . ;D
