Are you watching the CMT special? It's amazing. I love these kind of stripped down performances. Plus, he's answering questions....I love that. He's just so amazingly talented.

I didn't. Every time I flipped over to it, it was a commercial and I flipped back.
Speaking of commercials, there's a GHV1 commercial. I just saw it on VH1, it's like 10 seconds.

That is a good version of You're My Better Half. He can just play the hell out of a guitar. And he's an amazing picker. He has a five piece band now but still plays lead guitar while singing....it's amazing. And get this .... his live show is 2-1/2 HOURS! It was well worth the money spent to see his show.
I grew up with my dad and brother listening to country all the time and I hated it. It wasn't until a friend of mine told me about Keith that I actually started to give country a chance. I love it now but still don't really like the old school twangy stuff. I like the new country rock that's popular now.

Did you see him preform on the CMA Awards? I watched it for a while, but missed him singing.
I used to be a huge country music fan. I've seen Rascal Flatts twice in concert and Toby Keith once. I do still listen to country music occasionally, but I prefer the more crossover artists like Keith Urban.

I did see him perform at the CMAs. He sung Everybody which is one of my favorites off LPATCT. I love how that song just builds and builds. His best performance of Everybody so far has been on Leno. Did you see that one? It was a couple weeks ago.
