That's nice. There is a picture of John at his wedding floating around that is one of my favorite pictures of John (not that I will post it in the OMGHOTJOHN thread).
I was thinking of another reason to be bothered by the band show. I habitually record anything the Goos do (started when I was 14 and feel compelled to finish the job even though I don't do much watching anymore). I'm going to drive myself crazy with 12 HOURS of footage. Once all the commercials are edited out, that's still like 4 DVDs taking up space just for John's "You know, that was pretty good.".

I don't really know. My professor was pretty vague. I'm making it as long as possible by abusing graphs. I think I'm almost done. I need a 'brief' introduction and some sort of closing remarks on unfinished work with unknown compounds... And then I need to format the whole trainwreck.

You raise an excellent point. To assure myself of your excellent point, I went to look at the American Idol season dvds on Amazon... only to find American Idol isn't on dvd...
Probably with all of the cover songs, it's a nightmare to license these shows for dvd and NGAB probably won't have a full season dvd. 
The money would probably be better spent getting some therapy to stop habitually recording things anyways.
