We have TONS of snow and it's like -20' below zero wind chill but at least the sun is out. I don't think I've seen sun or blue skies in almost 2 weeks.
We aren't snowing right now but we're supposed to get more tonight and on Christmas Eve. Isn't today the first day of winter? I'm truly already sick of it.

Boo. We're up to a toasty 24 degrees with a wind chill of about 6. We have a snow warning through tomorrow morning and have almost a foot and a half of snow. I'm over it too, but the new puppy thinks it's great.

This supports my suspicions you did not get my last email to you...
Yes, new puppy. Her name is Sophie (named for a Golden Girl, NOT after John's cat) and she is mostly yellow lab. We got her at 6 weeks and she will be 11 weeks old tomorrow.
The day we got her
Two days ago (Her forehead and tail may or may not have met with markers. Don't call PETA on us)
And she usually looks like this, not an adorable puppy

I totally remember that email now. And I apologize for not responding. I meant to and time just got by me.
I can't believe how much she has grown since that first picture to now. She's adorable.

Did everyone have a nice Christmas?
We had all of our family here for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It was lovely. Now we're just trying to put the house back together again.
