I've been so busy working this summer. I went to Ottawa Bluesfest tonight and saw Sean Paul, Donna Summer, Sam Roberts Band and watched Don McLean sing American Pie. That was pretty awesome.
I hope everyone else is having a good summer!

Onto to the other topic. My summer's been good. The weather has been great and I've been outdoors a lot. Went up to Maine at the very beginning of the summer and have just been doing day trips lately. Seeing lots of friends and family. It's been nice and relaxing.

I don't think there'a anyone who believes the world is ending 8/22/08, I just lied. But, I will be seeing the Goos that day and I have seen the Goos when there was 7 feet of snow on the ground and in a torrential downpour, so the chance of a significant natural disaster is pretty high. 
I don't know how to take 'Elephant Democracy'. Do you mean it in the "OMG, it took forever to be done" sense, or are you going to make me GNR elephants? Because if you're making me GNR elephants, I want both a Slash elephant and the Tommy Stinson elephant, even though they were never in the band together... Oh, and the Axl elephant would have to have the infamous cornrows.

We went to Bar Harbor. This was our 5th trip there. We just just love Acadia Nat'l Park. We always say we have to try different places in Maine, but then we think about it and always wind up deciding to go to BH again.
BH is about a 10 hour drive from our house, so we don't get there as often as we'd like.
