Verizon Wireless announced today that they have singled out some of the best Valentine’s Day Ringtones that will really show your significant other the love that you feel for them… that is, if they call you when they are in your presence.
The list, which is brought to us courtesy of PR Newswire reads as follows:

I think that this is the perfect time to remind society to actually listen to lyrics of songs. Just because it mentions the word “love” or it is sang beautifully over harmonious, tranquil music, does not mean that you should define it as the infamous “OUR SONG” and play it at your wedding.
For a perfect example, the song, “Wonderful Tonight,” is about a man who is telling his wife that she looks wonderful because he is fed up with her indecisiveness, then when they go to the party, he gets hammered and she has to put him to bed. I’m sure that was a fun night for her.
So let’s examine some of the songs on this list. “Calling Dr. Love” by Kiss will not only get you dumped, but it should probably also get you slapped… hard. This should be evident by the first verse which claims “You’re not the only one I’ve ever had/And If I say I want to set you free/Don’t you know you’ll be in misery.” Now seriously, do you think anyone deserves to be called “Dr. Love” after that statement?
“Wicked Game” by Chris Issac should go down as the sexiest video ever made in the history of the world. However, I don’t know if it makes the best love song. For example, a chorus that includes the words, “No, I don’t want to fall in love with you,” would not be a good choice for a candlelight dinner. Unless you want to be wearing the spaghetti.
“Love Shack” by the B-52s. I don’t think I have to get into this one, unless you want to drop the message that your “Tin Roof, Rusted.” Followed by a “What to Expect When You Are Expecting” book.
“The One I Love” REM. Who doesn’t like to think about their significant other’s ex on Valentine’s Day? “This one goes out to the one I love/This one goes out to the one I left behind.” Think about it.
“Unfaithful” Rihanna. Not a love song. This is more of a tax day song or death of a dog song. Hit them when they are down.
“Can’t Help Falling In Love With You” UB40. Okay, So we have Elvis singing a song that Willie Nelson made popular, but then we have UB40 doing one of Elvis’ greatest? No.
“L.O.V.E” by Ashley Simpson. This isn’t fair. If Milli Vanilli can’t be on the list, neither should she.
The rants could go on and on forever. The moral of the story is listen intentively before making your Valentine’s Day soundtrack. Or since the person probably won’t call you when they are with you anyway, download T-Pain’s “Booty Call Voice Message.”

That's what I meant, the realtones, $3.50, even when I was looking for ringtones...this is why my cellphone provider sucks.
I bought two, I bought Iris (Chorus) and LLI (Chorus)
