Finally! Another Damien fan. I'm watching the BBC concert I downloaded. The live version of I Remember is breath taking. I have the bigget crush on Lisa Hannigan. Her voice is just gorgeous, it's just as good live. When she comes in with "No one's daughter..." in Cold Water I just melt.
His new album is called 9 and is slated for release in November. I can't wait. ^_^

I LOVE Damien Rice, can't wait for the new album! At the moment I'm really into his concert at the Four Seasons which is on youtube....the version of delicate is breathtaking on there, lisa's vocals in the background towards the end are just amazing

Yup, that's the one I downloaded. When she does the second part of Eskimo it's just spine tingling. Or the Live From The Union Chapel album, when she comes in at the end with "Ava Maria..." during Baby Sister, god I love that part.
Have you heard the new single? It's fantastic.

Lol make that another one!! I first heard him when he wasn't really big on the music scene, then he re-released cannonball and that's when he started getting more recognition i think. Amazing voice, and his music just sends chills through me. I love Lisa Hannigans voice too, before she played with Damien Rice I saw her play at the V festival with Crowded House, it sounded sooo good.
P.s. Tim & Christian if you like Damien Rice, there's a new artist on the scene, his name is Scott Matthews. When i first heard him, the similarites that came to mind, were across between Damien Rice/Jeff Buckley. Check him out, the track is called Elusive. And also, i'm not sure what your thoughts maybe on this one aswell, i wouldn't say Damien Rice, but that same kinda genre of music, check out Liam Frost and the slowdown family, track called She painted pictures.
