I saw this in today's Parade Magazine.

Q Are celebs paid to appear on Sesame Street?�Kathleen Stevens, Pasadena, Md.

A They get the minimum day rate of $705.90 to $740.08 a day. But the celebs�such as Jack Black, Heidi Klum, and David Beckham, all set to appear this season�don�t do it for the cash. �You haven�t truly made it in this industry until you�ve partied with Elmo,� says Black. �Now I know I�ve finally arrived.�
