What a nice little present to see in the morning. Too bad none of these dates are in Michigan :'(  Although it does look like they may be working their way on up.

Well the good news is that they're not here when it's super cold. By the time they make their way around it'll be a bit warmer.....just in case it's a GA show. I sure wouldn't want to wait around outside for 2 hours in January or February.

There's a big gap in the middle of February.  I wouldn't think it was crazy to put a MI show in there.

AAHHHH!!!  they're finally near me!!  Louisville, 45 minutes away. . .totally gonna be at that one. . .and i'm definitely going to at least 1 in IN. . .i'm SCREAMING right now just so ya'll know. . .i didn't think they were ever gonna make it near me this tour!!  FINALLY. . . ;D

Why must they torment me by not coming back to Florida?  It's just not fair.  I'm going to stomp my feet & sit in the corner & pout now.... :(

At least you get to see them in Atlanta!  That's a 9 hour drive for me....and at this time of year, I just can't do it.  Even if they'd come down to Orlando on a weekend I'd be happy (although, after the first of the year I get some new vacation time...so a Friday would be doable)  I'm usually pretty lucky when it comes to Goo tours.  They come down, do a couple of shows back to back (and I'll go to all of them)....and then come back in the Southern half of the state a leg or two later and I see them again.  This time around, the first leg was so expensive, that I couldn't afford to buy tickets for both WPB and Tampa....and they haven't been back since.  *sigh*  With the crapola year I've had, I could really really use a Goo show right about now.

I hope all of you that get to see them on this leg have a great time....and show the guys a little extra love for those of us who are Goo deprived!  :P

LOL. I'm quite excited!!! Saginaw is kinda far away for me. lol.

Are you going to be able to go to both days or just one? I want to know which one you're going to so I know someone there.

State Theatre is the first place I've ever seen the goos play back in '02!!

The State Theater is the best place for a GA show. I love it there.

Since it's in my home town I do hope to go to both shows. I did notice it's in the middle of the week though so my husband will have to get off work to make sure the kids are taken care of. I'll find a way to make it work. It would kill me to have them here two nights and not go.

Wow!  I'm so happy for you both!!
Two shows in Detroit ... that's pretty darn special!

Maybe they'll mention the concert on the Detroit news stations on the days of, so I can at least live vicariously through my television set.

(Off topic: I still can't figure out why we get Detroit stations here, when the Buffalo ones are so much closer. *sigh*)

Where do you live again? Do you get Detroit TV or radio? If you get radio, 96.3 that will most likely be the station that will sponsor the show. 96.3 rocks when it comes to Goo and they usually talk about them all the time. So if you can tune that radio station in that's the one to listen to.

They just played Stay With You on 96.3 when I was on my way home from lunch with my mom. Mind you I blared it really really loud.

I'd like to go to both as well.
I want to find someone who will go to both nights with me, if not, I will  probably end up going by myself.

I get the big three networks (ABC, NBC, and CBS) from Detroit on TV in Ottawa, Canada. �We used to get the big three networks from Rochester until they discontinued their microwave network service. �Ironically, our PBS station comes from Watertown, and our MyNetworkTV station comes from Buffalo.  We don't have a TheCW station here for some reason. �My mind spins out of control trying to figure out why the American stations don't come from just one city; you would think it would be easier, cheaper, and more efficient.

I do have a fondness for the Detroit radio stations over the web. �I like WNIC and WDVD. ;D

Anywho, YAY FOR THE DETROIT SHOWS!!! ;D
So glad they get to enjoy two shows worth of Goo in Detroit!!

Helpful hint: If you're only going to go to one show, go to the second one.  The trends have shown that if there are two shows in one city, the second show is where they mix up the setlist.  The very very hopeful super positive optimistic side of me wants to believe they'll have a new and improved setlist by March, but in case it's the same old, the second show should at least have a couple you haven't heard this tour.

I hope I can get someone to drive me to both, or at least one...I've never really driven in a different country before to be honest, and I have my full liscence and everything, my nerves always get the best of me...

New England got 1 show - the only date for me is CT, and its the last one on this leg, almost 3 hrs away!
