You have to upload them to a photo hosting site. I use photobucket. Once you sign up, it's pretty self explanatory how to upload pictures (just like attaching a file in an email, I think). Once you upload the pictures, they will have a url listed. Paste the url given in a post here on WOG like this:
[img]your full url here[/img*] (remove the star)
http://photobucket.com/
