Hahahahaha.  I appreciate that the interviewer had the balls to address the fact that a lot of people hated LLI.  Excellent.
 
The Glen Ballard talk still bothers me a lot.  I hate that he made them feel like they were so important and that LLI was so important.  Telling someone that something is great and important doesn't actually make it great and important, it just makes the creators get an overinflated view of what they're doing.  And I definitely believe the Goos have an overinflated view of LLI.
 
Poor Gutterflower.  I'm going to start carrying a sign with me to shows saying "I love Gutterflower!!!"  And I will never understand how making an emotional record is a bad thing.  Ever.
 
Speaking of... they're doing a double bill AGAIN this summer most likely?  Nooooo.
 
On a positive note, I really liked what Robby said in regards to quitting drinking.  I liked that he said it was time for him to stop, but didn't preach about the evils of alcohol for everyone.  And I liked that he didn't say he regretted drinking in the past or the experiences he had.
 
On another positive note, I'm pretty certain Glen Ballard won't tool around in Buffalo so he probably won't produce the new album.  Praise the lord!  (Side note, I'll be blowing stuff up in a lab in Buffalo in September, so if the Goos need my opinions in the studio, I can be there in a couple of minutes.  Cheesy )
