What is Monochrome Delirious?

I know Delirious means crazy or something, but kinda confused on the monochrome and how does it fit together and what it means together.

Monochrome is black & white, or something composed of different shades of one colour.  Delirious pertains to being in a state of confusion.  Dizzy is about someone confused about who they are, I would say.  At least, that's what I've always thought.

Mono means One
Chrome means Color
So you could take it like they only see things in one color so to speak.
