They have sold out.it is all for the money now.mtv
really doesn't play music.they play shows instead
of more music.they could play good music too if
they didn't play as many advertising
commercials.a few years back i remember seeing 5
videos in a half an hour.now it is like 3 or 4
videos, or less when they play puff daddy shit(he
is such a no talent!).they try hyping up pop and
hiphop crap so much that they ignore everything
else.and that total request live show is made
biased so they can say we want to see boy
"bands"(they are not even real bands, just posers
like marilyn manson used to say)while we suffer
through poor, horid video rotations. they only
play rock one hour a day on mtv.even vh1 started
to play marilyn manson videos.and the people like
us who like rock and real music are left out in
the cold.
