Hi
My name is Ben and I'm looking for suggestions on
what brand of sneakers I can buy that aren't made
by some scumbag company like Nike. I want some
ideas for socially responsible companies which
means I don't want a company that supports any of
these- slave labor, horrible working conditions,
abortion, smoking or gambling industries, racism,
sexism, or whatever. I know some have nothing to
do with sneakers but Philip Morris is the company
that sells Velveta cheese and AOL owns Time
Magazine so you never know who sells what
anymore.
I tried New Balance sneakers a few times because
they are often made or assembled in the USA but
they never fit my feet right. Nike and Reebox
are out of the question and I think COnverse is
out of business anyway so whats left?
I can't buy sneakers off the net because my feet
are a little weird and I really need to try the
sneakers on before I buy any.
