Well you raise some important questions. Your
first point, basically about charity, was pretty
much debunked. The second one about someones
right to own large amounts of property and
capitol does have some standing but of course it
also has problems.

You alluded to this argument before, but one that
somebody could throw at you is "if someone owns a
rediculous amount of property doesn't that
infringe on someone elses right to own it?". For
me to answer it would be kind of frivolous but
you and others have to ask themselves the
question of what is personal and what is private
property.

You mentioned the "freedom to become rich" as a
right in regards to personal accomplishment, but
this opens open a metaphorical can of worms so to
speak on weather or not owning property is really
an accomplishment when compared to say... making
a scientific, artictic, mathematical, etc...
breakthrough. Possibly if it wasn't for the
society in which we live, it would not be looked
on as such a high accomplishment.

Now I'm not saying their aren't problems with a
society based solely on socialist principals, but
your two arguments in my oppinion do not deal any
huge blows to the the various socialist
ideologies.

Since we are already on topic one of the largest
problems i see with such a theory is not the
distrobution of wealth and power, but the
distribution of jobs. The book Brave New World by
Aldus Huxley goes into detail about this, but
basically the problem is who's going to serve
food or pickup garbage in a classless society? So
far in my oppinion nobody has come up with a
decent political ideology to base the world on,
and I'm sorry but a conservative democracy does
not come close. Really the only problem is
creating a properly working, modern,
non-hierarchical society.
