I'm not sure, but I'm thinking this was a
reference to Herman Hesse's novel
Steppenwolf...It's about a man facing his inner
self....I saw something once that said
"Steppenwolf, by Hesses definition, is a lone
wolf. It stands apart from the pack, not governed
by the same rules. It is defiant and
unpredictable." I think that's what is meant with
that lyric, she's got to face her
innerself...hope that helped...:) that is my
favorite song off the Amen album!!!
