There are several interviews where Kirk talks
about himself starting out on guitar. Just go to
www.guitarworld.com and search his name (he has
his own column with them) and in some of those he
talks about it. I play guitar too, so I know what
you mean about hoping you'll be as good as him
one day. I can tell you now that no, he wasn't
good in the beginning because he didn't even
start lessons until he was like 19 or 20. But go
