I agree, isn't it fun to be able to share our
special thoughts of Jody, she is such a down to
earth person, and I know if I ever got the chance
to meet her it would be like I've known her for
ages, I too, 40 some years ago, loved the song
Queen of the house, and after all these years was
fortunate in all my cleaning to come across some
old 45's that I had , this one is so scratched as
it was played and played , I was so excited
decided to sit down and see if I could find in on
CD or tape, on the internet, and couldn't believe
my eyes when I came across her site. I love the
CD Anthology, and of all those songs Queen of the
house is still my favorite, however her CD
Higher, with the Grandma's song, and the song 2
cups of buttermilk, has really taken a spell on
me. She is a wonderful witness for the Lord, and
yet has a fun and loving way with people. Hope my
day will come one day to meet her in person.
Thanks for letting me share in this message.
