The fact of the matter is that Saganic owns the name BLOO. Without Mike the band
cannot rightly perform under this name without his written consent. Note: Once
a year Mike does hold a chess tournament that is open to all current band
members. They play each other and the overall winner goes on to challenge
Saganic for the ownership rights to the BLOO name. The only person to come
close was The Kid with his creative use of pawns in the 2000 tournament.
